  • Responsible for identifying suitable or new oral formulation for API portfolio.
  • Understanding the effect of API properties on oral formulation and contribute to API development.
  • Responsible for solid-state characterization and analysis of drug product.
  • Familiar with technology transfer, contract manufacturing management and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience and knowledge of oral (solid) dosage forms covering pharmaceutical formulation expertise, solid-state characterization and analysis are required.
  • Good communication skills and a broad scientific background
  • Familiar with patent search, digestion and breakthrough

  • Prepare the document s related to equipment qualification/ operation and aseptic processing.
  • Provide supports for technology transfer, process scale-up, process fit, continuous improvement, production troubleshooting, ets.
  • Evaluate/purchase the materials used for aseptic processing.
  • Work with team to produce sterile drug products by aseptic processing.
  • Familiar with the operation of aseptic processing and equipment qualification and with certain experience for more than 2 years.

  • 操作化學分析儀器進行分析，協助產品放行
  • 開發調整分析方法(HPLC, GC, IC...)，協助產品製程開發，分析方法之確校
  • 研擬審查藥典相關產品規格及分析測試，建立藥典規格
  • 必要時支援輪班工作
  • 化工化學、藥學、生技醫藥相關科系畢，熟Office作業系統
  • 具藥廠分析實驗室相關經驗
  • 1~2年原料藥廠品管經驗，熟悉PIC/s GMP與ICH規範

 

生產製程助理工程師 立即應徵
職務內容 職務條件
  • 接受設備操作等教育訓練課程。
  • 依照SOP及製程規範進行生產設備操作。
  • 製程巡檢確認及生產異常處理。
  • 生產設備清潔保養及環境管理。
  • 化工、機械、環工、化學、生物技術或食品營養等工程或食品相關科系畢。
  • 具化工廠/藥廠相關工作經驗者佳。
  • 須配合輪班
